Right off of the Magnificent Mile, you will find one of the most impressive feats of architecture in the United States, the Chicago Trump International Hotel and Tower. This iconic Chicago skyscraper was built in 2009 as ‘an accent to a thriving center of culture and commerce’ already established within the city, meant to add aesthetics and sophistication to Chicago. The first thing you will do, we predict, upon visiting Trump Tower is stand in awe of the architecture itself, the stainless steel and glass exterior built in 3 tiers, a design meant to minimize wind damage. The building is the 12th tallest skyscraper in the U.S with 92 stories (1388’ tall) and 26 million square feet within. That makes this the highest residence about the ground level in America.
Trump Tower holds some of the best river views and unbeatable standards in amenities, both features shown well over 486 condos and 339 hotel rooms within. There are 20,000 feet of functional space within as well, plus the amazing $30 million penthouses at the very top of the tower.
