Welcome to the Prospect Park Zoo, the intimate 12-acre zoological park that is a part of the Wildlife Conservation Society system (Bronx Zoo, Queens Zoo, New York Aquarium, Central Park Zoo).
This zoo provides close-up animal experiences with resident species such as Pallas's cats, dingoes, and baboons. Visit exhibits such as Animal Lifestyles, Barn and Garden, Discovery Trail, Hall of Animals, and Sea Lion Court. There is also a Discovery Center play space that is perfect for younger visitors.
You’ll get nose-to-nose with curious and interesting wildlife at every turn.
There is an onsite Cafe Shop for to-go sandwiches and snacks if you get hungry during your visit, the cafe located at the Sea Lion Court.
If you have some extra time, consider visiting other nearby attractions such as the Audubon Center or the Brooklyn Botanic Garden across the street.
