Paramount Pictures Studio Tour
Step into the world of the industry’s top talent, producers, and crew as they create today’s award-winning television and feature films.
What would a trip to LA be without a stop at Hollywood's Paramount Pictures Studio, perhaps the most iconic symbol of Hollywood and the big screen in general?
This classic Hollywood studio offers cart tours of its historic and active backlot sets and props warehouse, the tours allowing guests to 'explore over a century of Hollywood history and witness more in the making'. You will be able to see where some of the most celebrated motion pictures and TV shows are made and truly become an industry insider as you learn the ins and outs of show business, both in the past and today.
There are two main tour options when visiting Paramount Studios; the classic Studio Tour and the VIP Tour. The Studio Tour is a 2-hour experience that takes you through the designated tour center and props warehouse. You will be able to explore the New York Backlot and Bronson Gate and see what may be currently filming at the time. The VIP Tour lasts 4.5 hours and allows you to also meet archivists and backlot tradesmen along the way, and also comes with a private gourmet lunch or afternoon hors d'oeuvres.
In both tours you will learn the history of the studio, growing from 26 acres and 4 stages to 65 acres and 30 stages.
As the longest operating and only remaining major studio in Hollywood, Paramount Pictures has been on the ground floor of every major development in film – from the advent of motion pictures to the emergence of television, through the digital revolution.
