Ontario Science Center
Welcome to the Ontario Science Centre, the Toronto based science museum that 'delights, informs, and challenges' guests of all ages. Over 51 million guests have walked through these doors since opening in 1969, each walking away with new knowledge and experiences bringing them closer to the world of science.
Any time you visit, your group can catch an unforgettable flick in Ontario's only IMAX Dome theatre, with 13,000 watts of sound blasting through 44 different speakers, or explore the current hot exhibits highlighting science of local, national, and global relevance. This is the top venue for dialogue about science, technology, and society as well, meaning that you might witness a talk by a guest speaker during your visit. Sleepovers, teambuilding activities, and live research are also possibilities for your group while visiting.
Fill up on brain food at the Lobby Cafe (level 2), KidSpark Cafe (level 4), or the expansive Valley Restaurant (level 6), the latter of which holds pizza, pasta, and grilled goods.
