Welcome to OdySea Aquarium, the largest aquarium in the Southwest United States.
This huge aquarium features various marine life exhibits, interpretive experiences, and an onsite 3D Theater. OdySea provides 'entertaining, intriguing, and educational experiences for guests of all ages', combining theme park-like amusement with engaging presentations of marine life.
Inside the aquarium, you will find over 7,000 different animals representing 370 species. There are 2 million gallons of water within, dispersed amongst 65 amazing and educational exhibits. The aquarium holds a few unique exhibits worthy of mention, such as the world's only Russian Surgeon touch pool.
Start your visit with a trip on the OdySea Voyager, an immersive experience where guests sit within a stadium-style theatre with 46 ft. viewing windows, this the 'world's only revolving aquarium experience'. You can also spend time in the Aqua Lobby, Rivers of the World, Otter Banks, SeaTrek, Touch Pools, Kid's Cove, Deep Ocean, Bizzare and Beautiful, Reef Jewels, Ocean Art, and of course, the 3D Theater. There are also several unique tours offered at the OdySea, such as the Shark Tour, SeaTrek Helmet Diving Tour (check out the video below), and Penguin Encounters Tour.
When your group works up an appetite head to the onsite eatery, the Lighthouse Cafe, for salads, pizza, sandwiches, and amazing views of the surrounding exhibits. Afterward, head to the OdySea Treasures gift shop to pick up your educational materials and souvenirs.
