Kona Whale Watch Cruise
An experience with Body Glove Ocean Adventures on the Big Island is always an exciting and unforgettable affair, especially when it comes to the Kona Whale Watch Cruise!
This cruise will allow your group to 'hear singing humpback whales through underwater hydrophones... and see spinner dolphins, pilot and sperm whales, manta rays, sea turtles, and more'. This cruise happens daily at 1 pm between the months of December and April, a time period in which over 8,000 humpback whales journey over 3500 miles to Hawaii to breed, calf, and nurse their young. The cruise itself is 2.5 hours long and takes place aboard the award-winning multi-million dollar vessel Konoa II. This state of the art 65-foot catamaran provides 1st class amenities to guests and was 'designed with quality and comfort in mind', offering shade, cushioned seating, flat-screen TVs, a full sound system, a full cash bar, 3 restrooms, and plenty of H20 entertainment like the 20-foot waterslide, 15 foot high dive platform, and 2 swimming platforms.
