Your group is in for a serious treat today with the Dells Lumberjack Show!
This fun entertainment event features 2 teams of competitive lumberjack athletes competing in 14 different events, all of which were derived from old-time 'workaday lumberjack skills'. You will see these athletes chopping, sawing, axe throwing, speed climbing, log rolling, and much more!
The show's director, Cassidy Scheer, is a 10-time world champion speed climber, and his lumberjacks each hold the same level of talent in the field. The 12 world-class competitors you will see will astound you with their lumberjacking skills, some of the things they do including canoe jousting, standing block chop, obstacle pole, crosscut sawing, boom run, and the crowd favorite Finale Relay in which they must climb, chop, and saw in rapid succession.
Younger groups will enjoy the daily 2pm show, which allows kids up on stage to learn the skills for themselves during the show.
Dell's Lumberjack Show partners with Stihl and Paul Bunyan's Cook Shanty and puts on 158 shows per season.
