Boch Center Wang Theatre
The Wang Theatre, a part of the Boch Center, is one of the most iconic theatres in the United States, a grand 1925 'movie palace' that has turned into a staple location in the theater world.
With over 3500 seats, this theater is the largest of its kind in New England, as well as one of the largest stages in the country. It is a Nationally Registered Historic Place as well as a Boston Landmark. We highly suggest your group takes a theatre tour while here and learn all about the rich history of the building, its architecture, and its performance past. You will learn about the days of vaudeville and big bands, as well as the coming of big Broadway and dance performances to the Boch Center.
Catch a Broadway show, concert, or other performance while your group is here either in the glorious Wang Theatre or the other theater onsite, the Shubert Theatre. This 1500 seat 'Little Princess' is just as gorgeous and historically rich! Catch a bite to eat before or after the show at any of the partnering restaurants, some favorites including Abby Lane, Gaslight Brasserie, Maggianos, and Rock Bottom Restaurant.
If you are a performance group there will be pre-show performance options here, as well as private group tours.
