There are big things on the horizon for Universal Orlando Resort, an epic expansion in the form of a completely new theme park conglomerate! Epic Universe will be the newest and biggest addition to the theme park family, with an unknown opening date but predictions to be completed in about 20 years.

“It will build on everything we have done and become the most immersive and innovative theme park we have ever created," says Tom Williams, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Universal Parks & Resorts.

In typical Universal fashion, the theme park will also come with an entertainment center, hotels, shops, and restaurants. It will be situated on a larger 750-acre plot near Universal in Orlando, but not connected to it. The park is predicted to be 'an entirely new level of experiences that will forever redefine theme park entertainment', and for that, we are extremely excited!
