AlbuCreepy Downtown Ghost Walk
It’s time to get AlbuCreepy!
The AlbuCreepy Downtown Ghost Walk will provide your group with a history lesson and entertainment session all in one, this tour company receiving the highest raves and reviews from both TripAdvisor and Yelp. During the 100 minute tour, you will walk through Albuquerque’s darkest downtown secrets, from tales of lovers with a vengeance to mysterious soldier interactions, and all things of the like. With a troubled past of public hangings, bloody duels, and monstrous murders, Albuquerque is truly a creepy place to explore!
The 1.3-mile tour path will take you to 8 different downtown locations, some of the more ‘haunted’ ones including the KiMo Theater, Old Bernalillo County Courthouse, Wool Warehouse, and old Red Light District, or ‘Hell’s Half Acre’. You will even get to actually go inside The Factory’s basement, one of the most purportedly haunted spots in the city. The guides will share historical knowledge of the city’s past along the way, with several war and settlement stories of the past brought to life for your group.
The tour guides here are all experienced paranormal investigators and therefore will go beyond the city specific ghosts and into paranormal activity detection methods in general, as well as explain past investigations in Albuquerque. While it may seem like a setup, it should be noted that this is not a theatrical performance, so ghostly sightings are clearly not guaranteed. The tour does have an overall ‘PG-13’ rating, however, so you may think twice about bringing your youngins.
