Spirit of Buffalo
As your student group is planning to take a trip to Buffalo, you should climb aboard the Spirit of Buffalo Vessel for an entertaining cruise. The Spirit of Buffalo was built in 1992 as a beautiful 73-foot coastal sailing vessel, the only square-rigged topsail schooner sailing out of the Historic Buffalo Harbor.
If you have pupils who love pirates, the Spirit of Buffalo offers Pirate Adventures for the group to enjoy. In the course of the excursion, group members will be entertained with pirate stories, face painting, a treasure hunt, and music.
If what you want is to unwind after a long day, the Spirit of Buffalo Evening and Sunset Sail would be a perfect end to the day’s activities. While you are on board the two-hour cruise, the pupils will have the opportunity to enjoy the spectacular sunset and night skies of Lake Erie. Dinner and a Sail is another Spirit of Buffalo Cruise during which time your team will grab a bite to eat at the Pearl Street Grill and then enjoy a two-hour sail on the lake. The students will have the opportunity to help hoist the sails as part of the experience and the company also offers private charters and educational excursions for students of all ages to enjoy.
