Hollywood Wax Museum - On your trip to Myrtle Beach, you might find yourselves itching for a little taste of Hollywood. Instead of going to the movies, why not take a side trip to the Hollywood Wax Museum, where you can find all of your favorite stars surrounded by sets and props like on a real movie. Walk behind the scenes, traipse along the red carpet, sing on stage, and take your picture with your favorite celebrities! See Johnny Depp posing as Captain Jack Sparrow on the deck of the Black Pearl, meet Nicholas Cage hunting for the National Treasure, and see Tom Hanks on Forrest Gump’s park bench. Hollywood Wax Museum is also home to Outbreak: Dread the Undead Zombie exhibit as well as a mirror maze.
Broadway at the Beach - Broadway at the Beach will warmly welcome your group with some of the best shops, restaurants, and attractions in town! Holding most of the major Myrtle Beach tourist destinations, Broadway at the Beach is a massive outdoor entertainment center perfect for groups with a wide range of interests. One of the most popular parts of this center is are the live shows performed at the four different theaters within! You will also find over 70 shops, boutiques, and major shopping chains, as well as 20 full-service restaurants. You will have dining options ranging from ribs and steak to fajitas and sushi, the variety sure to please everyone in your group. There are around 24 different attractions as well, including a few Ripley’s attractions, mini golf courses, and exciting zip lines.
Huntington Beach State Park - Huntington Beach State Park features all of the best characteristics of a normal beach with added cultural and educational attractions, making it one of the premier state parks in South Carolina with one of the most beautiful beaches. Relax on the sandy beaches, swim, boat, or fish along the many boardwalks or grassy knolls while you are here. Take a scenic stroll along the two-mile Sandpiper Pond Trail or on any of the boardwalks that cross over the salt marshes and freshwater lagoons throughout.At the onsite nature center, you can pet living marine creatures in the saltwater touch tank, see a live baby alligator, and visit the many exhibits which illuminate the native wildlife of South Carolina’s Lowcountry.
Captain Hook’s Adventure Golf - Here at Captain Hook’s Adventure Golf you will find 2 different 18-hole courses filled to the brim with magical Peter Pan characters and scenes, from Captain Hook’s floating pirate ship to the Lost Boys hangout. There are several par 3 holes on this course, giving you excellent eagle and birdie opportunities, as well as the challenging and fun 6th hole aboard the ship. From the caverns with hidden treasure to the animatronic mermaids, this entire experience has earned itself the ‘Herald Readers’ Choice Award’ for 2017, earning its place as a staple entertainment center along Myrtle Beach's Kings Highway. If you can’t find Captain Hook’s, just look for the 15-foot smoking skull!
Ripley’s Believe it Or Not Odditorium - Located right along North Ocean Boulevard, this 'museum' will blow you away with its kitschy oddities, showcasing everything from rare animal skeletons to exotic primitive items. You will find over 200 different exhibits and artifacts within the 12,250 square feet of museum space! Within the 12 differently themed galleries you will find such things as shrunken heads, a replica of world’s tallest man, and even a six-legged pig. This collection is considered to be ‘the most unusual and weird in all of Myrtle Beach’ (Ripley’s), a mind-boggling collection of visual illusions only adding to the weird.There are various attraction combo packs we can work out for your group allowing you to see as many or as few neighboring Ripley’s attractions while in town at a cheaper rate. You can add on the Moving Theater 5D, Haunted Adventure, Mirror Maze, or Aquarium.
Myrtle Beach Skywheel - Comparable to the London Eye, the Myrtle Beach Skywheel is an iconic, magnificent Ferris wheel that carries entertained passengers up high above the city. Open 24 hours a day, Sunday through Saturday, the Skywheel was built for nonstop enjoyment. Up to six of your friends can climb into the glass bubble trains that is lifted 200 feet in the air and explore the city skyline and everything below. Each train is comfortably suited with three seats on either side and 360-degree views. The ride lasts approximately 8-10 minutes, passing three revolutions around the wheel.Every night at dusk the Skywheel is lit in a fabulous neon display that can be seen from any spot on the 1.2-mile long boardwalk.
Radical Ropes Adventure Park - When your group visits Radical Ropes Adventure Park in Myrtle Beach you will be presented with several different activities that are considered to be the source of ‘Myrtle Beach’s Natural High’, the park full of extreme zip lines and treetop obstacle courses. The Treetop Obstacle Course has 3 different levels of challenging courses, some up to 55 feet high. The Extreme Ziplines will take you soaring through the treetops with some of the best ocean views at your sides, a truly exhilarating experience. One of guests’ favorite activities to conquer before they leave is the climbing wall, nicknamed the Leap of Faith. Grapple up the wall handhold by handhold and then jump off the very top, a dizzying 70-foot high platform (you will be harnessed in the entire time, so don't worry too much).
Myrtle Waves Water Park - End your trip at the area’s largest water park, Myrtle Waves. This seasonal waterpark holds over 30 rides and over 1 million gallons of water, providing your group with an impressive water recreation option outside of the beach itself.Discover all the rides, from the 10-story water slide to the relaxing lazy river. Some of the more popular rides here include the new Rockin’ Ray, Tsunami, classic Arooba Tooba, Ocean in Motion, and Night Flight. Groups here at Myrtle Waves will receive discounts, private cabana and Tsunami Ride rental opportunities, and an option for a group ‘cookout’ by the park (can work with groups of over 100). If you choose to eat on your own, however, you can take advantage of the various onsite eateries including the Island Cafe, Sharkie’s Snack Shack, and the Filling Station.
